Jordan Triplett is the co-owner of Behavior Spot and a board certified behavior analyst. After Jordan graduated with her bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, she discovered her passion for working with children on the autism spectrum. Jordan earned her master’s degree in applied behavior analysis from Ball State University. During this time Jordan also pursued a graduate certificate in ASD. Jordan has supported kiddos in the clinic, home, and community. Jordan is devoted to incorporating her client's special interests into sessions while providing assent-based therapy!

Abby Young is the co-owner of Behavior Spot and a board certified behavior analyst. Abby worked passionately as a special education teacher when she decided to pursue a career in ABA. Abby earned her master's degree from Ball State University. During this time Abby also became certified in autism spectrum disorders. Abby has worked with kiddos in the school, clinic, and community settings. She is dedicated to helping set up our clients for success when transitioning into school. Abby is devoted to assent-based teaching and making learning fun for her clients!
